At Nardano we are proud to offer FREE shipping on all orders — no minimum spend, no hidden fees.
Order Processing Times
Please allow 1-3 business days to process and dispatch your order after it is placed. An order is considered dispatched when it has been handed off to our shipping carrier and is in transit to your address. During peak times and holidays processing times may extend up to 7 business days.
Estimated Shipping Times
The estimated delivery times below refer to transit time after your order has been dispatched to the carrier. All orders are delivered within 5-7 business days regardless of your location.

Please note that during peak times and holidays shipping carriers may experience delays outside of our control. International shipments may also experience unexpected customs delays which could extend the delivery timeframe shown above.
Order Changes and Accurate Shipping Details
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all shipping details are accurate and complete at checkout. Incomplete or inaccurate shipping details may result in delayed processing or order cancellation.
If our system detects an address issue our customer support team will contact you by email within 3 business days to verify your details. If we do not receive a response within this time we reserve the right to cancel your order.
If you notice an error in your shipping details please email us at support@nardano.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate changes but cannot guarantee that corrections can be made after this window.
Delayed Delivery
We understand that receiving your order quickly matters — and we do everything we can to ship all orders as fast as possible. However some delays are outside of our control including severe weather conditions, transportation disruptions, or unexpected courier issues.
If your order is affected by a delay we will notify you as soon as possible and do everything we can to keep you updated. Please note that Nardano is not liable for delays caused by external factors and cannot guarantee an exact delivery date.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your order has been handed to our courier partner it is outside of our direct control. If your package appears to be lost or stolen please contact us at support@nardano.com and we will do everything we can to help.
We recommend also contacting the courier directly to file a claim as most carriers have a dedicated process for lost or stolen packages. We will follow up with the courier on your behalf and provide updates where possible.
Please note that Nardano is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been dispatched. However we will always work with you to find the best possible resolution. If the package cannot be located a replacement may be offered depending on the circumstances.

Nardano reserves the right to modify this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. It is the responsibility of the customer to review the most recent version before making a purchase. By purchasing Nardano products you are indicating your acceptance of this Shipping Policy including any future modifications.
